Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that things do not always go according to plan, and sometimes cancellations or refunds might be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking made through the CitiMaster app or website.
Cancellations
- Before Provider Accepts: You can cancel any booking free of charge until the provider accepts it. To cancel, open the CitiMaster App, navigate to your booking details, and tap "Cancel Booking." You will receive a full refund of the service fee for advance booking services.
- Provider Unavailability: In the rare event that a provider is unable to make it to your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a rescheduled appointment at a time that suits you, or a full cancellation with no fee applied (for advance booking services).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed into the user's wallet if the service is based on an Advance Booking.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of service completion via WhatsApp or email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on your payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:
- You cancel your booking after the provider has accepted it and is en route.
- You are not satisfied with the quality of the work performed, but the provider completed the service as described in the app.
- You experience minor inconveniences or delays during the service.
- You request changes to the scope of the service after the provider has arrived, which may result in additional charges.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disagreements regarding your refund or cancellation request, please contact CitiMaster customer support. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and amicably within 48 hours.
Important Notes
- This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through the CitiMaster App or Website.
- CitiMaster reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and mobile app.
- By using the CitiMaster platform, you agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
